Natural strengths are strengths that individuals naturally possess and enjoy working with. They find working with these strengths pleasurable and they will also require less effort when carrying out task leveraging on these strengths.
E.G.: A person with 'leadership' as a natural strength assumes leadership roles with ease, whereas people who do not have these strengths can still be leaders but do not enjoy leadership roles and would be happy not having these roles.
Other natural strengths includes: Communication, Competitiveness, Explorer, Creative etc. We have classified 28 Natural strengths in our profile.
Objectives: To identify the Top 5 natural strengths and the 'non-strengths' for useful applications.
With the complex combination of several natural strengths, individual could actually be playing on 5 of more natural strengths in a given task. This results in a person be labelled 'very driven'. This is because, he is not propelled by one, but five natural boosters.

Conflict happens when different opinions, characters and behaviours collide.
These conflicts can be avoid if individuals are aware of these behaviours. These behaviours offend the people around them and they can counter their behaviour if they are aware of them.
Xtreme behaviours help identify 20 extreme behavioural types. These are an individual's natural way of thinking. They may be very opinionated, very slow to act because they are the deliberative type or they could be a loose cannon which has little respect for rules and laws. These behaviours are not acceptable to the average person and these people will find these behaviours extreme.
This profile test also offer a remedial action for each extreme behaviour type.
