- The irony of having a car alarm. There is a car in the car park whose alarm has been sounding for the last ten minutes. Everyone is irritated with it, including the owner. Problem is the owner doesn't know it is his car.. because most of us never knew what our car alarm sounds like.
- How much time do you spend tending to your technology? i.e. your PC, I phone, PSP, VCR player? Sometimes it cancels out the efficient and productivity it was suppose to bring to our lives. Seems like more people are having less time as they acquire more technology to relieve them of more work.
- One of the best ways to build an existing relationship is to Surprise your friend when he/she least expects it. Bring a gift, give a treat do something pleasantly unexpected. Wow your friend.
- Marry the right person. Your spouse will be a bigger factor in your success than you may imagine. The right spouse gives you the support energy and wisdom. The wrong spouse zaps energy and wealth from you.
- You may lose your Youth, but don't lose your Youthfulness!
- Too many people are too busy working for someone else. Your boss has found away to get you to make money for him, why not find a way to make money for yourself?
- We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot anti-abortionists and called it justifiable. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition.
- You don't even have to say a word, you reveal yourself to people simply by the decisions and choices you make daily
- Don't do the things that you can put it off till tomorrow, for tomorrow, you might not need to do it at all." - (from my experience from National Service)
- Don't be the person who refuses to take advice and after which you cry and expect everyone to help you.
- I wonder when people by their 2nd property; do they really know what they are doing? Or is it simply a case of MONKEY- SEE - MONKEY - DO
- "One bad apple spoils the whole bunch" Yes, in the case of an apple. But as for people, one bad person infused in a community of good people... might just change him to being good too!
- Many people spend alot of time looking for the best deal just to feel happy about it. Ironically, these same people will find even better deals elsewhere after they have made their purchases leaving them unhappy. Tip: See what you like, buy it and feel happy about it, period.
- One of the major aspirations of people is to feel IMPORTANT. Make them feel important (not impotent) and they will love you.
- Are you too comfortable at being 'Good' that you fail to be 'Great'?
- Money isn't the cause of problems. It is the heart of men where evil takes root
- Maturity is the ability to restrain from reacting during a provocation.
- The saddest encounter for a trainer like me is trying to teach people with unteachable hearts. Willing learners achieve Success quickly

- Food for thought: If a person spends 2hrs watching a World cup soccer match and watches 20 matches .. he spends 40 hrs being unproductive. If 40 million people around the worlds are set to watch the world cup 2010, 1.6 Billion Man hours will be wasted!!! Come on, we could have spend these time helping others like the people in Haiti !!!
- The Early bird catches the worm, don't be the early worm.
- What's the lesson behind this observation? A artificial potted plant left in the outdoors fades off and decay. While a real plant thrives in the outdoors. However, a real plant decays while indoor without sunlight while an artificial plant thrives for a long long time. What is the lesson you can draw from this?
